Delete account
From the app
- Open Sagha Online and go to Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Without the app
Email support@www.saghaonline.com from the same email address, or include the phone number you signed up with. We'll delete the account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, name, phone number or email.
- Your shop if you have one, with all its products, photos and the commercial register photo.
- Your reviews and featured-listing requests.
Deletion is permanent. We may keep payment records where the law requires it.
