By using the Sagha Online app or website you agree to these terms.
Prices
Prices shown are approximate, derived from the global spot price, the exchange rate and a per-country margin set by our team. They are for guidance only and are not an offer to sell. The final price is whatever the customer and the shop agree.
Shops and products
- Shop owners are responsible for the accuracy of their shop and product details, weights, karats and workmanship.
- Sagha Online is a listing and contact platform. Sales, delivery and warranty are between the customer and the shop.
- Verification means we reviewed the commercial register. It is not a guarantee of product quality.
Reviews
Reviews must reflect a real experience. Reviewing your own shop or using fake accounts is not allowed, and we may hide any review that breaks this rule.
Featured listings and ads
- A featured listing starts once we confirm the transfer. Requests are reviewed within 3 working days.
- The duration starts at activation. Payments are not refunded after activation unless the listing failed to run because of us.
- We may refuse or stop any ad or listing that is unlawful or misleading, refunding the unused period.
Prohibited use
Posting misleading, stolen or unlawful content, attacking the service or flooding it with automated requests is prohibited, and we may close accounts that do so.
Liability
We do our best to keep the service running and prices accurate, but we are not liable for losses from relying on a displayed price or dealing with a shop.
Changes
We may update these terms and will show the date of the last update above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.
